A new string to our bow, we now produce a range of spirits, complimentary to our range of wines.


Equipped with our own Arnold Holstein still, we make an “eau-de-vie” from grape pomace, which we have chosen to baptise “L’Esprit Genot-Boulanger”.
Exclusively produced from our own estate grapes, all certified organic. Once having given birth to our wines, the pomace and lees become “eau-de-vie”, before eventually being composted and spread back into those vineyards from which they hailed.


With three separate methods of fabrication, "L'Esprit Genot-Boulanger" comes in three different colours: white, blond and brown.
The "Esprit Genot-Boulanger" is a project that sprang from a desire to valorise the raw materials used during vinification. In this, we share the same philosphy as our cork supplier, the Italian Tapigroup and their ABOR collection. Made from a base of grape pomace, our corks are ecological, biodegrable and bio-sourced.
